Fees

The total cost of taking on your case – including all expenses – will be made available to you, without charge or obligation on your part.

With respect to insurance claims deriving from traffic accidents, our fees are paid by your insurance company, or by legal aid, where viable.

(In the case of our fees not being covered by your insurance policy, they will take the form of a percentage of the compensation you receive), with a fixed fee in any case.

For the first consultation there is a small fee.

Payments may be made by credit card or cash.
